Idea: A innovative and fun way to raise money for charities using corporate events, charity shops and business fundraising initiatives with our silent auction.

Solution: We designed CharityBid with a simple reason in mind, we wanted to make it easy to raise money for charities and give the end user a reward of some value to say thank you.

Our silent auction software makes it easy for charities, companies, and corporations to sell items donated by people online. Available on your desktop, mobile or tablet each auction runs for a set number of days or weeks, before the auction ends and the winners are declared. You can run an auction at an event on a big screen while sitting at a dinner or at a networking event or awards ceremony we also run the auction for company departments alongside their existing fundraising events. These simple steps make it easy to get started. Request an auctioneer login and you can set up your auction as follows.

Log in and add your brand colours and logo. Add your items to the auctions and set a starting price, reserve price and bidding increments. Send the auction link to friends and family so they can view all the items before they signup and bid.

A leaderboard of the top 5 bidders on an item makes it fun. When you are leading you are notified and all the winners are taken care of in the extensive backend we provide and payment can be made to a single account.
