A new platform for booking in cars on site for their new Scratch and Dent buying system – Hudson and Kapel Group
Scratch and Dent, part of the Hudson Kapel Group, is the UK’s leading re-marketers of nearly new damaged vehicles. The company is celebrating, this year, a decade since it was introduced and in that time the Scratch and Dent facility has notched up the sale of over 27,000 vehicles.
We helped Scratch and Dent develop a new car booking system using Android tablets. Previously the old system was based on an outdated windows CE, and an updated solution to work on faster tablets and a more intuitive system was needed. We developed the system base on their own requirements, as we do with all our software we work in a bespoke solution that offers much more value and has proved to be extremely useful in helping HK manage 27,000 car bookings every year.
